The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is a quasi-judicial body of five residents comprised of four appointed officials and one elected official. The ZBA is tasked with reviewing applications for use and dimensional variances, and appeals of decisions made by the Zoning Administrator or other officials. The ZBA plays an important role in decisions that are critical in upholding the spirit and intent of the zoning ordinance.
