Village Clerk, Rhonda Van Polen, has been with the Village of Middleville since 2020. Administrative Assistant/Deputy Clerk, Heather Chinavare, has been with the Village of Middleville since 2025. The Clerk’s office is responsible for record keeping, meeting Agendas and Minutes, public notices, Freedom of Information Act requests, and all related items. The Clerk’s Department also handles park rentals, event permits, and peddler permits.
The Village of Middleville does not administer elections.
