    The Village of Middleville contracts with the Barry County Sheriff’s Department for law enforcement. Sgt. Scott Ware leads a team of three deputies, with an office in the Village, to help ensure a safe community for residents and visitors alike. Sgt. Ware reports monthly to the Village Council with statistics and provides input and updates regarding police activity in the Village of Middleville and Barry County as a whole.
