The Planning Commission is composed of six residents and one elected official. It reviews site plans, special land use requests, planned unit development projects, and rezoning of parcels. The Planning Commission also holds the appropriate public hearings for changes to the Village’s Code of Ordinances. and uses policies found in the Village’s Master Plan when reviewing projects and making development decisions.
